So, for 7.0, since
Spoiler
Varian's dead (RIP),they decided to replace the Boxing Match quest you used to do against him with just a simple meet-and-greet with the brand new grown-up Anduin.
What I don't understand is how that makes sense in the timeline: Is Shen-zin Su getting a new boat rammed into him every time a Pandaren wakes up on the Isle? I assumed it was a one-time thing at a certain point in the timeline when you could punch Varian in the face, and all the Pandaren from the Isle joined at that one time, but now we know that these new Pandaren are joining The Alliance years after the first Pandaren joined, and they still had to get that boat out.
Is The Wandering Isle some kind of time-looped hell?

As you wander through Stormwind, various people will speak with you, and Aysa will stop and make a few comments.
First is a guard on the path into the city.
Stormwind City Guard says: Never thought I'd see one of your kind walk through here.Next is General Hammond Clay.
General Hammond Clay says: Pandaren? What business do you have in Stormwind?
Aysa Cloudsinger says: We're here to join the Alliance. We seek audience with your Emperor.
General Hammond Clay says: Emperor? You'll find KING Varian inside Stormwind Keep.
General Hammond Clay eyes Jojo's pillar.
General Hammond Clay says: Behave yourselves inside Stormwind, pandaren. You're in Alliance territory now. Some children on the way under the first bridge into the city have the following conversation.
Marty says: Hey, look! Gnolls!
Josie says: Those aren't gnolls, silly. Use your eyes.
Josie says: Those are FURBOLGS.Then as you approach the Alliance Hero's Baord (where you can get quests), Aysa does the following:
Aysa Cloudsinger yells: Look at this!
Aysa Cloudsinger says: Well, that's good news. Once we join the Alliance, we certainly won't run out of things to do.Next is the gnome and her teacher on the corner leading toward the Old Town District.
Moni Widdlesprock says: Teacher... look!

Lucas Severing says: Quiet, Naanae. Outsiders approach.
Naanae says: Outsiders, yes - but their intentions are good.
Naanae says: Look carefully, Lucas. The Light is strong with them. Particularly that one.
Aysa Cloudsinger says: Let's keep moving.
Jojo Ironbrow says: What's the Light?I haven't found any further people to comment on Aysa, Jojo, or your pandaren's entrance into the city, but if you have, please leave a comment so we all benefit!
King Varian Wrynn is in the large castle to the far east of Stormwind.
EDIT: why downvote? It's the big honking castle that's on your right when you enter.

What to do
Description
We have a duty, {name}. It is our responsibility to spread the Tushui philosophy beyond the edges of the Wandering Isle... and there is no better place to start doing that than here: Stormwind City, heart of the Alliance. Let's find out who their leader is. We need allies.
