it is now legion remix and you're still getting these in the mail lol.
funnily enough you can visit stormwind this time around, but the NPC isn't there.
just delete the item if you're not planning on playing the character when remix ends.

I received the Mysterious Letter in the mail on my boosted gnome warlock in retail AFTER I leveled a gnome hunter in timerunning.

I really thought this was for the heritage armor but after a 13-step not too difficult quest line, warlocks will get these as rewards

I think since the Imps are customization in the Barber Shop, all warlocks in your accounts have access to it, but I'm not sure about the Glyph. Will need to test. (I have 3 locks).

Dear <name>, Greetings. I have taken some time and collected my thoughts after our encounter with Lord Banehollow. I have also sought those who have similarly survived his dark plan, and have gathered them to me in Booty Bay so that we can decide on a way forward.

After this quest

  • A Wolf Among SheepDarkmoon Island · Level 30-70

Thank you for indulging me. But I do not want to appear unappreciative of our new... mentor. Do me a favor--go and fill Madam Shadow's soulstone by some other means. Far be it for us to test our teacher, but she has yet to earn my trust.
