I received this quest while leveling in Pandaria Remix. Since we can't leave the Pandaria continent, this quest cannot be completed.
I received the Mysterious Letter in the mail on my boosted gnome warlock in retail AFTER I leveled a gnome hunter in timerunning.
I really thought this was for the heritage armor but after a 13-step not too difficult quest line, warlocks will get these as rewards

[item=207101]I think since the Imps are customization in the Barber Shop, all warlocks in your accounts have access to it, but I'm not sure about the Glyph. Will need to test. (I have 3 locks).
