As of Nov 2023. I don’t have credit for having done “Chasing Storms” quest which i need to finish the pathfinder achievement. I’ve ran 4 toons through DF content, but on all toons I show only this quest as being incomplete.
I have the Renowned reps; I’ve disabled addons; I’ve reloaded UI; I’ve checked all my toons that completed all quests before/after Chasing Storms in the quest line. (I don’t have a 5th toon close to achieving 60 that I could try to run through.) I’ve searched Google, Wowhead and a help ticket but can’t find the answer nor get help. This is my last hope. Help?

What to do
Description
So the handsome fellas are sendin' ye on a wee adventure, eh? That's fine. The expedition won't be able to set sail until someone gets those elemental storms under control anyway. Check-in with Storm Hunter William. He's leading the expedition efforts to investigate the storms and can outfit ye with whatever gear you need. I'll coordinate the rest of the preparations here while ye have all the fun out there. Ye'll owe me one, though!
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

This feat of strength achievement quest which was available in the Dragonflight pre-patch event 15-28 Nov 2022, and is no longer available.
Does this mean that A World Awoken (DF meta) is not completable if you missed the pre-patch?

- Whispers on the Winds
Hello, <name>. It's been a while, and I wish we had more time to catch up. But you see, I've just had a rather enlightening... no, make that foreboding... yes, a foreboding conversation with an old friend. Sometimes a revelation can be both, after all. I really must tell you of what I've learned.

- To the Dragon Isles!
Great news, <name>! The spearhead of our expedition has made landfall in the Dragon Isles. Thanks to the efforts of yerself and other Dragonscale Expedition members, we've established a protected landing site and made contact with the dragonflight's embassy.
