This is a little bit misleading, co-ords are closer to 57, 67 and the mob is not in a building, nor are there any buildings close by. As Mypciscraze says, she's hovering under the elevated roots of a tree.

Queen Tzxi'kik rare is located in Nazmir Xal'vor subzone on Zandalar isle.
It is in a small ruined house, entrance is from the south side.
