Ok so i was using two accounts with recruit a friend 300% xp bonus and after i completed this quest i couldn't see anymore quests.
You need to see Lorna Crowley in the same room where you finished this quest to continue on the questline, or enable seeing low level quests.

The spiders keep coming in alarming numbers, {name}. You're going to have to go into their lair and kill the broodmother. We've spotted the giant spider known as Rygna at the edge of the Blackwald in an area covered in thick webs. It'll be dangerous, but we're all counting on you.

I found a journal by a man named Bradshaw. Unfortunately it's missing many pages. Especially towards the end. If you find enough of the pages I might be able to piece together what happened here after the Curse broke out. Who knows... maybe the people in this town found a way out.
