It seems this is a rogue only quest. Other classes get Re-rebuilding the A.F.M.O.D. instead.

I'm really disappointed that stepping on a mine doesn't count as disarming it, lol.
I step on it so you don't have to.

Description
The Alliance are stalling our efforts here with this irritating fog, as well as layering the entire area with traps. We will suffer too many casualties if we try marching our army through this trap-infested area. I've heard you're good at sneaking around. Use your talents to disarm the traps in this area. I'll deal with getting the goblin's parts back from the Alliance while you disarm those traps.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

How did you get this quest? Wowhead quest tracker is showing that this is the only quest I have not completed in Nazmir, but I just see elite bloodtrolls there, no quest giver...
