I used dragonflight to get past the bunch of mobs landed on one of the highest platforms on the north side of the river. I then waited for my vigor to build back up and flew to the mountain "arm" in front of me. Again I waited for my vigor to build back up. I can see the Vault of the Incarnates on the other side of a lava bed. I launched one more time, using Surge Forward once to get to Alexstraza. Easy as pie.

Hi all

I present You Storyline [storyline=1333] have only 4 Quests and was released 14.12.22.

Quests:

1. To Tyrhold - Speak with Alexstrasza the Life-Binder at the Seat of the Aspects in Valdrakken. Movie will start then go 57.44 58.75
2. Aspect Power - Speak with Alexstrasza the Life-Binder and Movie will start then Slay [npc=187666] after that [npc=192455] will come then You can finish Quest.
3. Red Dawn - Fly to 72.51 56.23 where is enterence to Raid [zone=14030] and speak with Alexstrasza the Life-Binder.
4. Vault of the Incarnates: Fury of the Storm-Eater - Enter ( in raid xD ) [zone=14030] and Slay last boss [npc=199031]. Reward: [item=197921], 30 [item=190454] 1,5 rep.

    The Mother Oathstone is an ancient gift bestowed to our flights by the Titans. If what we have learned is true, I might be able to reactivate it and in doing so restore our aspectral powers. Though we are unsure of the outcome, if this has the slightest chance of working I must attempt it.
