Primal List is a quest for level 40-70 in Thaldraszus. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 4,750 experience and money. Completing it counts toward 1 achievement.
The gateways closed, the elementals slain, and the Primalists stopped... for now.
<Sharnax laughs.>
Is there anything we cannot do, <class>? I guess only time will tell.
Take the plans back to the commander. I am certain he will be glad to see we have been successful.

You need to progress the main storyline in Thaldrazus for Captain Drine to appear. He will appear next to Alexstrasza and give you several more main story quests. Once completed he will then give you the Look to the Overlook quest.
For those unable to find this mob to turn in this quest as alliance. the mob / turn it is the same and the quest is NOT horde only
