This world quest is different if you're playing a Paladin. The other classes have to kill 10 spirits, but as a Paladin you get an extra action button that releases them instead, similar to the campaign quest Ending the Crescent Curse. My Paladin also received a [item=146723] upon completion, which I don't think was listed as a reward (but to be fair I didn't look closely either).
That is every comment on this page.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Quests whose map markers the client places closest to this one on Broken Shore, nearest first. Distances are straight lines between the markers.
Flight points closest to the quest’s first objective area marker on Broken Shore:
Straight-line distances in yards between the quest’s own map markers (QuestPOI) and the client’s flight-point positions (TaxiNodes); flight paths and terrain are not modelled.
First seen in build 12.0.7.68887 (Midnight patch 12.0.7, the oldest build in our datamine).
Steps, storylines and map placement from the client’s QuestLine, prerequisite and QuestPOI data; neighbouring quest text is Blizzard’s own (quest API), shortened to its opening sentences.
Completing this quest counts toward this achievement.
