- Collect 20 [item=160440] from any Storm Silver Deposit or Rich Storm Silver Deposit in any zone you want.
I prefere to farm it in Stormsong Valley near the Brannadam, Tiragarde Sound near the Castaway Point or Vol'dun near any mountain.
Normal Deposit drops 1-2 quest items and Rich deposit can drop up to 5 quest items- Get back and use quest items near the forge to the right of mining trainer

He is near the warfront queue table, south of the windrider, near the water, you can see the stairs down the water if you look closely.
Relog if you don't have [item=161133] after step 2 in your inventory

And, I'm an idiot.
For this quest:
1. Mine Storm Silver Ore as normal, you will pick up the Unsanctified Ore as you mine.
2. Forge the Unsanctified Ore (this is where I messed up) into Unsanctified Storm Silver Ingots.
3. Take the Unsanctified Storm Silver Ingots to Wavesinger De'zan to be sanctified.
4. Return the Sanctified Storm Silver Ingots back to Secott the Goldsmith.
I hope this helps anyone else who took the Ore to be Sanctified and not the Ingots.

It is still kind of bugged on live as of today,
My [item=160440] was missing after smelting it in the forge, despite the log said that I had receive them.
Don't panic, just do a quick relog and it will reappear in your bag.
Now you just need to find [npc=133538] to blessed it.

Description
I have received a request for a shipment of storm silver. It is a fine metal, lightweight and resistant to corrosion. We use it althroughout our ships. It is so strong even de naga use it in some of their weapons! However, any parts that go into de ship have to be blessed by a wavesinger. I can not be bothered with dat nonsense. I do not believe it needs these extra blessings, but what do I know? Harvest a bucketful of ore and get it blessed for me, and I will teach you how to mine it easier.
