These quests are most commonly used for creating libram enchants for twinks. Librams like http://www.wowhead.com/?item=11734 for example gives you: +125 Armor to head or leg slot without a required item level, these enchants are pre-bc. Note it's not as simple as acquiring the libram of...* materials are needed in exchange for the final libram, i.e: enchant itself. You will also need to supply these items to a BE npc north of burning stepps. Sorry if this seems confusing but to someone twinking or about to it will make some sense. You will need to look into this further yourself as an entire explanation would take up too much space, time and only be more confusing.

Description
Possessing a Cenarion beacon allows one to see a corrupted soul shard on those tainted beasts that are put down for the greater good. I grind shards into a usable reagent that goes into making Cenarion plant salve. We will use that salve to turn corrupted plants into healthy ones again. In exchange for these shards, I will give you some Cenarion plant salves I have already prepared.
