To get [item=187677] you need to find [item=189465] in Zereth Mortis and bring it to the Synthesis Forge*, then collect reagents for the craft

*Prerequisites to unlock the Synthesis Forge to turn in the schematic and craft the Mount:
Complete 3 parts of the main campaign in the Secrets of the First Ones Forming an Understanding
Complete a [order-advancement=1931] upgrade of the [npc=181397]
Complete Protoform Synthesis quest to craft pets / Finding Tahli questchain to craft mounts

Right now you will need to complete the prerequisites to interact with the forges and turn in the schematics quests

The [item=187677] mount is a relatively easy protoform synthesis mount to obtain.

First thing to do is make sure you've unlocked protoform synthesis (mount). To do this, unlock the Sopranian Understanding power on the cypher of the First Ones console. When you have done this, a quest will appear on the map called Finding Tahli. You have to complete this quest. Doing so will unlock protoform synthesis for your character.

Now that is done, you will be able to collect the schematics for all of the mounts. The [item=189465] is at Exile's Hollow on top of an archway /way 31.51 50.30

You will need:

400x [item=188957]. These drop from nearly every enemy in Zereth Mortis.
1x [item=189171]. This will spawn on a dog bed inside the Exile Hollow cave.
1x [item=189152]. These have a small chance to drop from spider enemies in Zereth Mortis. They can also be bought on the auction house

Once you have obtained all of the materials needed, fly over to where you make the mounts /way 70.18 28.60. and craft your new [item=187677]

[item=189465] is a protoform synthesis mount.
To unlock protoform crafting:

Research [order-advancement=1931] and complete [storyline=1285] questlines.
After daily reset complete The Lost Component + A New Architect quests to unlock [spell=366367].

Schematic can be found on the locked passage at 31.48 50.42 coordinates. Climb up to the top and check out behind a small basalt pillar.
After bringing the schematic to Protoform Repository you will learn how to create Genesis Crawler mount.
