I did this on my first character, for some reason cannot do it on alt toons... very annoying
A. NO Npc to be found
B. You cannot interact with Cringle
... Tried relog, abandom quest 6 times, Not sure how to solve it
Right so i tried something else
1. Accept Quest
2. Please have patience (toke me up to 5min) to get an NPC spawn
3. Speak to the NPC Elf / Dwarf / Human, check what they want
4. Gather the food or drink they require
5. Press (1) while target them and its done!
Now turn in quest!

Talk to any client at the tables, ask them what they want and then look for a buff they have, be it a pretzel, soup or brew. Click that specific item and serve it to them.

The item the customer requires is one of the things u just made in previous quest. So get the pretzel or other things he wants from the 2 tables or the stage behind the questgiver
