A good spot to accomplish this is just down the hill from the lodge (follow the river past the bears) -- plenty of Pinerock Stalker and Prowlers there.
This is a skinner only World Quest, (as far as I understand) you need to kill the sabers in the area, both types work, and then skin them, you get the quest reward as you skin them. You can just skin dead cats if there is any around and this also rewards the Shaggy Saber Hide item as well.
