If the "extra action bar" icon is greyed out for you, as for me. Do a /reload, then click Taivan and then on any Aylaag Argali and it was working properly again.

I present You Storyline Taivan's Purpose. This Storyline is part of Sojourner of Ohn'ahran Plains which is criteria for Loremaster of the Dragon Isles.

Quests in order I done:

1. The Trouble with Taivan - Quest start after i finish campain quests, You start from [npc=192621] 61.17 39.97. First You need to press on [npc=194292] to brush it, then pick up [object=381535] /way 61.16 39.74 on ground
and place on [npc=194292], then speak with [npc=194292] and go 71.46 49.59
2. The Hunting Hound - Speak with [npc=194292] then slay 5 beast.
3. Part of a Pack - Slay [npc=193145] He is flying i Found him /way 75.23 49.89
4. Try Again, Taivan! - Go back to [npc=192621] 61.17 39.97
5. The Gentle Giant - Speak with [npc=194292] then go 49.06 41.04
6. Shaping a Shepherd - Speak with [npc=194292] then go to [npc=193183] mark them and use extra bar on 3 of them, then again go to [npc=193183] and using extra bar push them to Pen 49.54 41.52 ( you just need to push 1 of them :D ).
7. Reign of the Ram - Go to [npc=195849] 49.54 39.69 and use extra bar then beat it to 20-30%hp.
8. Danger in Daruukhan - First speak with [npc=193586] then go 52.80 29.87
9. Saving Centaur - Ok on this Quest You need to Rescue injured centaurs. You can only do it when [npc=194292] have nothing to do ( every time you press to save some one You need wait to save another until [npc=194292] will finish with 1st task ) as well Centaurs cover by beams of wood need to be remove first then You can rescue them.

10. Homeward Hound - Speak with [npc=194292] then conversation will start then you will get supoer fast transport to village.
11. Taivan's Purpose - Go to speak with [npc=193112] 61.81 38.59 then speak with him one more time, then wait until quest finish xD. After this quests storyline finish. You will get [item=198537].

Very confusing quest. If your extra action is grayed out, find another mob and it should work. I chased the last mob from the previous quest as I thought that is what you needed to do. The extra action button was greyed out and I could just herd (scream at) the mob which had a gauntlet icon. Go find another, it should not have the gauntlet.
