If you don't turn in the quest, you can keep Gertie Jr. (the larva) on your back. Other players can see it too.

Update: I left Ardenweald and he disappeared from my back. Too bad, now I can't carry him through all the dungeons and raids and expose him to the dangers of Shadowlands.

1 Silk Shortage

Storyline start from [npc=158556] 48 50 Ardenweald. You need to go to see [npc=159270] 38 29 inside of a fallen tree.

2 Tough as Silk

Kill mobs until 100%. You can do this quest together with The Shattered Harp. Quest return to [npc=159270] 38 29 inside of a fallen tree.

3 The Shattered Harp

Quest pick up from [object=350804] 38 28. Loot from mobs 3 [item=178138]. Is 30% drop rate. Quest return to [npc=167047] 37 29.

4 A Song for Silkstriders

"Quest start from [npc=167047] 37 29. Use [item=178143] next to [npc=169332] then appears [item=178144] You need 4 of them. [npc=169332] location:
1. 37 27
2. 38 26
3. 34 28
4. 36 28
Quest return to quest giver."

5 Save Ol' Gertie

Slay [npc=167089] 36 26. Quest return to [npc=159388] 37 25

6 Thread of Hope

Deliver Gertie Jr. to [npc=159270] 38 29 inside of a fallen tree.

Bring Gertie Jr. to the Heart of the Forest to [npc=158556] 48 50

I'm lost here. "Silk Shortage" just doens't appear anywhere. I've traveled to the zone where quests 2,3,4,5 etc take place and nothing is there. In the video for first quest (Silk Shortage) it states that the NPC is inside the heart of the forest, but I can't go there. In wow head it states she is somewhere else, that I've been to, and she has no quest. I don't understand why I either dont have the achievement or the quest isnt there.
