The drop rate is ridiculously low
This quest doesn't scale down, it's level 60 worms to kill no matter what your level is. It says it "requires level 60" on Wowhead but not the quest itself, makes you wonder why the quest show up for lower level peeps?
I thought I was doing something wrong.

Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
