tips! Click the door...
For anyone doing this now, this quest was not designed around flying. You have to go through the front door of the chapel, not fly into it from the top. Once you click the door and walk through for a short distance, you will get a completion of the confronting part, there will be a small amount of dialogue, the hostile anchorite mob will turn red, kill her and loot the battle plans. Boom, you're done other than returning to your garrison.

Description
<Upon opening the scroll, you find a message from Anchorite Laanda.> I write this message hastily. I've been discovered. I'm being taken in front of Socrethar. You must carry on our mission. I've learned that Soulbinder Zamaya holds a detailed plan of Socrethar's next attack. She still trusts you, so you should be able to enter the main building. Please, find those plans, {name}!
