• Dying Grom'kar peon - encountered with grunts, Crushfang's End, 47,54. They make a very interesting SPLAT noise once put out of their misery.

I'd suggest only killing what you have to of the Goren and Gronnlings on your way to the Grunts and peons, since you'll aggro more when you're in Crushfang's End, anyhow.

And while you're questing, keep an eye out for the rare [npc=80868] (he dropped an epic/upgraded version of [item=118229] for me, ilvl 544), in the burrow within the zone (entrance at 44,50). And avoid the level 93 elite that roams right through Drywind Gorge, Gro the Uncreator.

Albinoette's coordinates are correct. If, like me, you come in on the edge of the objective and head into caves, you're going the wrong direction. You do not have to enter caves to complete this objective. Also, focus on Dying peons... there are plenty of the other mobs, so you will kill them as you find peons.
