After the 7.3.5 scaling, he still hits like a truck. Just hit him once and then let the 3 npcs kill him.
Level 19 Rogue. First go at it, I died near instantly. Just a tip, don't let it attack you so much. The second time I went for it, I got close to him so he'd see us, and let those guys following me attack him instead. Then I attacked while trying to stay away so I didn't die, and I eventually got the shield put on me from one of the helpers and it was easy from there.

Description
The Alliance reinforcements have established a foothold in the southwest region of Silverpine called 7th Legion Base Camp. Our primary goal at the base camp is to sow discord amongst the troops. This is a lightning fast assassination mission to kill their field commander, General Marstone. His death won't stop the Alliance advance, but it will certainly soften their ranks.
