I believe the following path is the fastest route back to Ulduar:
1. Boralus portal in Silithus
2. Stormwind portal in Boralus
3. Dalaran, Crystalsong Forest portal in Stormwind
4. Fly to Ulduar
Tip for people like me who expect to find a "teleportation pad to Ulduar" in Dalaran: It's not there. It's at the entrance to Ulduar. Fly to Ulduar, then take the teleport pad to Mimiron's lab.

Description
I've diverted all non-essential power to prepare for Hati's reformation, so I cannot teleport you to Ulduar from here. Be extremely careful with the Thunderspark on your way. It is charged with highly volatile energy. One wrong bump could lead to serious complications!
