2025 update: So, for the decor hunters, you'll need to talk to Maybell Maclure (43:89) in the house, over your right shoulder if your facing Billy, for the quest Young Lovers. This is a missing quest between Goldtooth and Speak with Gramma Stonefield. For the item Goldshire Wardrobe.
While you're at it, After you hand in the quest for the Kelp, you can pick up the Kobold Candles quest for the Hooded Iron Lantern. Almost a 2fer :)
