The spirits of the fallen villagers have risen! I can feel the hatred emanating from the spirits.
<name>, if we are to survive here, we must defend ourselves. This is the only way we can put them to rest.

In Hatred's Vice (Townlong Steppes) kill Spiteful Spirits that are roaming the area. HOWEVER, you'll probably want to do this quest along with the other quest you got at the same time in the same area called Hatred Becomes Us.
In that case, look for the Spiteful Spirits that are attacking the Crazed Shado-Pan Rangers, click on the Spiteful Spirit. Then, use your quest item Totem of Harmony and place it right at the spirits feet. A yellow circle called a Pool of Harmony will appear on the ground, and a Seething Hatred will spawn. Kill both the Spiteful Spirit and the Seething Hatred to complete both quests at the same time.
Also, note that during the quest you will notice a red bar on your screen that will climb up towards 100% as you fill with hatred. I don't know what happens when it reaches 100%, but if you don't want to be consumed with hatred, make sure you stand within the Pool of Harmony mentioned above.
if you reach full, a Seething Hatred will spawn and attack you.
Overwhelmed by rage the world greys out and seething hatred appears out of you. Lvl 89 with 326 k health.
It doesnt count to the quest.
You will keep your Hatred bar until you kill the Seething Hatred.

If my suspicions are correct, this place still reels from some lingering darkness. Whatever happened here... it could not have been the natural course of events. Even the yaungol are not so brutal as to slaughter their own kind to the point of... this.

I should have suspected a sha presence earlier! We are safe as long as we stand inside the Totem of Harmony's protective wards, but many of our people were not so lucky. They were trapped outside the camp when the sha's powers manifested, and now they turn upon each other!
