Between throwing stewards off cliffs, requiring 30-40 mob kills to gather 100 feather for the previous quest, and now having to travel across the zone to get another low drop rate item..there's a cold place in hell for whomever made this quest chain.
There are a bunch of them at 56,37 near a small pond. They respawn instantly and you can dispatch multiple of them at the same time until you are done.

Description
Glimmerflies are creatures of anima. Though they look delicate, they are quite strong! Filaments from etherwym tails are sturdy. They should help hold onto glimmerflies. Collect for me!
