If the world quest is up, you will have a very hard time finding these. You have to find an aspiriant disoriented, being channeled by one of the Forsworn. Very low spawn rate. And it doesnt help that non-kyrian are tagging it with the world quest
Swing and a miss by Blizzard on this one. There are only 4 spawn locations I've found. and there are quite a few of us trying to get it done...

Description
The aspirants that spend the most time at this temple are those who must face their pride. I was one of them, once. During our surveillance, I saw Forsworn forcing these aspirants to fall to their vices then toss them aside as if they meant nothing. You must stop the Forsworn. Free the aspirants from a terrible fate.
