Lysonia's Plan is a quest for level 60 in Bastion. It is step 8 of 14 in the Closing In storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Bastion at 69.1, 40.7. It rewards 4,100 experience and money.
Lysonia has brought the Paragon to his knees! The Maw powers she wields are far too potent.
We must stop her.

"I see only darkness." Uther says. The last words of Arthas, his pupil and murderer.
If the World Quest "Remedial Lesson" is up and not completed it will cause this quest to bug (Lysonia only says one line of dialog)
If, unfortunately, the world quest is up, while you are attempting to complete "Lysonia's Plan" you MUST complete the world quest before you can continue.

Lysonia's forces ransack our sacred temple... they are long gone from the Archon's embrace. It pains me to say, but you must defeat them so they can no longer abuse our people. Take Compassion with you. You will find it more than helpful, now that its power has returned.
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
Lysonia flees to the Maw to enact her dark rituals. As the Maw Walker, you are the only one who can pursue her. Take Kleia and my blade. She must be stopped.
Closing In has 14 steps, from On Lysonia's Trail to A Touch of Humility.
