TheWoWDBIf the sisters are stuck on 1 health and you do not get the extra action button to enslave them, get everyone to go back to the class hall. If there are no players there the twins and npcs will despawn, then a minute or so later the npcs will respawn and re-summon the twins where you can once again do damage. Get them low enough and press the extra action button to receive credit.

Description
It would be best to conduct the summoning on the outskirts of Dreadscar Rift. If things do not go as planned, at least the aftermath will be contained to a small island of land that floats above our order. Once the sisters have been summoned, use the Bloodstone to enslave them. I'll let the others know it's time to begin.
