TheWoWDBYou won't be able to pick Lulubelle if she's your active bodyguard. You have to unasign her to pick her as a sixth member.
Btw: There's no difference which person you will choose, it doesn't matter at all.

If I chose Lulubelle, Kira would be mad on me for not choosing her at her side, since she had setbacks with ritsinn. And If I choose Kira, maybe Lulu would be mad for not being called for a high rank warlock group, after all the hard work cleaning her (and her sibling`s) name and reputation. I would send Ritssyn to the bench instead -.- .
This is a final quest of warlock class hall campaign. You have to choose the sixth member of Black Harvest. Choose Kira or Lulubelle. After the quest you'll get A Glorious Campaign achievement (if that was your first campaign) and [title=480] title. Go to the alter to pick up next quest that will allow you to make 3rd relic slot.

With the demon sisters under your control, you have managed to weaken Mephistroth's army and gain powerful allies for the council. Our work is not done, however. Dreadscar Rift will remain a target as long as the Burning Legion remains. If we wish to protect our new home, we must rebuild the council. Both Lulubelle and Kira have proven themselves worthy to join our ranks, though only one spot remains. As First of the Black Harvest, the choice is yours.
