Echo Hunters

Echo Hunters is a quest for level 30-40 in Spires of Arak. It is step 7 of 10 in the Shadows Gather storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Spires of Arak at 48.6, 44.5. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 5,450 experience and money.

Description

I am no sorcerer, but I've picked up a few spells in my time - enough for me to pass unseen by the naked eye.

Unfortunately, the vampire bats in these woods don't use their eyes. They will hear my shuffling robes and Percy's incessant clucking a mile away.

Clear them away from the path, would you?

A 3 part quest turn-in problem.

When I tried doing these quests one time, the turn-in icons on the map are deceiving. The icons arn't quite where the NPC for turn-in really are.

The quests in question are:

A Charming Deception.
Echo Hunter.
Syth's Secret.

For those of you that are having trouble turning these quests in, the coordinates for the completion NPC are at 48:44.

Where this quest fits

Before this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • A Charming DeceptionSpires of Arak · Level 30-40

Reshad is more than he appears; a mottled old crow with his beak in a book, certainly, but we need him. Shadows gather beneath the lonely spire, in Veil Terokk. Reshad must make it there safely. Along the path you'll find charms primed with illusion spells.

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • All Due RespectSpires of Arak · Level 30-40

A group of Adherents came 'round just before the attack on Skettis. Disguised myself as a mushroom, I did. The fools walked right past me. My neighbor up the road was not so lucky. He had a fondness for texts, if I recall.
