I was unable to complete this quest at first... it turns out that the bangle is supposed to show in your inventory, unlike a number of other quest items. If it doesn't appear, drop the quest and retake it. It should be provided.

It should be mentioned that this quest is necessary to continue the Terokk/Talon King questline.It ties back into The Missing Piece.
