TheWoWDBI forgot to re-talk with moratari at the bazaar (who teach you the skyriding) "talk to moratai to return to Krasus'landing". worked after a few try's. (you fly on dragon back). the quest spawned as I landed at Krasus Landing.

After doing every quest I can find related to it, and some that weren't , I cannot find a way to get " The Future of The Fel Hammer" quest to start on my Demon hunter. I have even tried to sync with another player. Dalaran is no longer above karazhan, but the warlock forge is still there in the mid air. I am not sure what else to do and want to get back to the demon hunter starting area

I made a baby Demon hunter in Legion Remix, then decided to switch to another alt to do something else. When I went back to the Demon Hunter, this quest was nowhere to be found at Krasus Landing. Moratari wasn't there in her usual place near the downed pillar. It took a few minutes for her to finally load in. Most likely due to server lag.
