The Gilneas Liberation Front is a Horde-only quest for level 5-30 in Silverpine Forest. It is step 4 of 57 in the Silverpine Forest storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Silverpine Forest at 57.4, 10.1. It rewards 3 reward items, 1 reputation reward and 4,100 experience.

Description

The battle over this region still rages, <name>nub. Although we soundly beat back the Gilnean defenses and took Gilneas for the Horde, a small group of rebels managed to escape. The "Gilneas Liberation Front" - as they call themselves - make attacks of opportunity against our forces in the field. The rebels have had a few minor victories and now grow brazen in their assaults! The time to strike back is now, <name>nub.

Venture south into the wilds of Silverpine and kill any rebel that you cross.

Gilneas Liberation Front ? bah, we are the Liberartion Front of Gilneas. Gilneas Liberation Front ... splitters.

The only thing that we hate more that Forsaken are Gilneas Liberation Front, and the Front for Liberation of Gilneas, and the Gilnean Front for Liberation of Gilneas. Spiltters !

Where this quest fits

Before this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Guts and GoreSilverpine Forest · Level 5-30

If we're to get this new blight up and running we'll need clean beast guts. The problem is that clean beast guts are a rare commodity in Silverpine Forest. Most of the beasts here have succumbed to disease and thus only have diseased organs.

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Iterating Upon SuccessSilverpine Forest · Level 5-30

The concoction is finally ready, but before I can put my seal of approval on this strain, we'll need to run a field test. Speak to Bat Handler Maggotbreath, here at High Command, and requisition a bat.
