Please go to the bat handler first... I ended up swimming across the lake, and eventually killing off the 50 murlocks, one by one (dying only 3 times when they would flee and run into another pack of murlocks). Only after I killed the 50 murlocks did I realize I had to go to the bat handler, and then fly over the islands and blow them up with bombs. Also, when you're done killing with bombs, there's a button to "go home"... otherwise, you just keep flying around.
Hope this helps!

What to do
Description
The concoction is finally ready, but before I can put my seal of approval on this strain, we'll need to run a field test. Speak to Bat Handler Maggotbreath, here at High Command, and requisition a bat. The bat will take you to the Dawning Isles, east of here across Lordamere Lake, right into the heart of depravity itself - the Vile Fin murloc dens! Use the concoction against the murlocs and report the results back to me. Those results being that you killed them all, as commanded!

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- The Gilneas Liberation Front
The battle over this region still rages, <name>nub. Although we soundly beat back the Gilnean defenses and took Gilneas for the Horde, a small group of rebels managed to escape. The "Gilneas Liberation Front" - as they call themselves - make attacks of opportunity against our forces in the field.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Dangerous Intentions
Do you know why Mortuus appends 'nub' to your name, <name>? Because he is an incompetent sycophant that has trouble seeing through his oversized helmet. 'NUB' is your classification. You are now part of the NEW UNDERCITY BATALLION. But enough with the comedy!
