I think this is bugged. Like many people here. I see the quest on the map. I come, and I grab Keeper of the Ossuary. This is the #1 quest in this chain. But I still have this on my map.
Why? Because it's a bug. Someone marked the wrong quest in the chain for the map ping thing. Just look up the list of quests on this page, go up and see where you are in the story and do that.
