The [item=182957] drops from the Depraved mobs (such as [npc=158894]), which can be found south and west of the Halls of Atonement flight point and close to the Crypt, which can be found at /way 67.54, 39.29.
Is this quest broken? I've received the Inquisitor's Crypt Key, and have killed multiple depraved forces. But, the highlighted Crypt Door will not open...

2. Abandon the quest in your quest log'
3. Dismiss Sabrina
4. Head back to Maldraxus stitchyard
5. Accept Sabrina's quest
6. Recruit Sabrina to follow you
7. Return to Revandreth, get key to drop, then complete quest.
This quest has designated two areas for completion. However, the one northeast of the the other one does not have any depraved mobs that drop the key [item=182957]
So that's just either just Blizzard ducking with us (which it very much likes to do) or due to the temporary assistants that had to crudely implement these awful maldraxus weeklies.
