The location for Zhi the Harmonious to start this quest is incorrect. He's actually found in The Silent Sanctuary, east of Mistfall Village - if you look at the world map, a little dotted line path starts at where it says "Mistfall Village," then leads directly to where the entrance to the Silent Sanctuary is.
Nice littls ego booster afer you finish the 4th quest. Leven Dawnblade yells: All hail [place your name here], savior of the Vale! Conqueror of the Shao-Tien, and defender of the people! May the stars sing your name![key fireworks] Lol.
