TheWoWDBIf you are like me, leveling Tailor with an alt character, maybe you didn't even start your way to Suramar. In case you missed, here what you need to do in order to complete this quest.
1. First make your way to Suramar's quest, your toon will need to be lvl 110.
Start at [npc=90417] on Dalaran with the quest Khadgar's Discovery (Click and you will find all the chains and helpfull comments you need).
Just follow the chain until [npc=98312] is inside the cave and it will be complete after Arcane Thirst
2. Start the new quest chain offered by [npc=98312], you will know when you are in the right path when you get An Old Ally
3. Complete the chain started by An Old Ally until you unlock a Mask from the Nightbornes to move safely amongst the elves of Suramar City, the chain is:

If you're wondering what happens when you're close to your Ancient Mana cap when you're handing in this quest, the answer is YOU'LL WASTE THE MANA. I was at 737/800 Ancient Mana and the quest rewarded me 63x Ancient Mana only. The rest of the 1000 mana vanished, there was no mail recovering it or anything. So beware.
You need to have [spell=211086] for this quest.
You get this spell at ~ 22 quest in Suramar Masquerade.

Description
I recall Lyndras mentioning a guild of tailors within Suramar City. Perhaps they could further our understanding of how to utilize this new cloth. Unfortunately from what I've heard, they've sided with the demons and anyone opposed to them is to be killed on sight. You must find a way to move safely within the confines of their city if we're to continue our research.
