Unlike the other times you will encounter Tehd and Marius, on the road to the achievement, this one has a quest involved.

You must first go to Felbane Camp, get the quest from Marius.
/way Marius (Felbane Camp) 29.7, 40.1

Then go to the cave, Tehd and Marius will already be in combat, complete the kill with them and return to the camp.
to hand in the quest and and complete the Highmountain section of this achievement.
/way Kuglaroth (Pit Lord) 31.6, 29.9

Hot Tip
[Flight Master's Whistle] will get you back to the camp quickly if you have the item and flight path.
