2 Rescued from Torment Rescue 6 [npc=178152]
3 Looting the Looters Doing quest 2 you can kill mobs to get [item=185915]. This is start quest Looting the Looters, You need to kill mobs to get 4 Artifacts: [item=185827], [item=185830], [item=185831] and [item=185771].
4 The Last Place You Look Go to cave 43 57 and press on [object=367991] 42 60 and [object=368324] 41 60. Then slay [npc=178666].
5 Redirect the Search Go to see [npc=177610] 56 22
6 Echoes of Fate First move to press on [object=368385] 56 20 then [object=368386] 53 21 and [object=368387] 53 14 then return quest to [npc=177610] in cave 54 17.
7 Revenge Delayed Pick Up Quest from [npc=177850] 55 22 then slay 10 mobs
8 Under the Illusion Get on Circle and use [item=185847] cinematic will start then slay [npc=177243] this quest is auto finish.
9 They Could Be Anyone Pick up drop [item=185740] from [npc=177243] that will start last quest, You need to go to [npc=177228] 62 24.

i cant start this quest because i never looted the head... what do i do now?

This quest gave me a chuckle, like we're cats who present their owners with a dead mouse. Just loot a head and bring it to someone like it's an everyday thing and nothing out of the ordinary. No bag or cloth to wrap it in. just carry it bare and give it to some unsuspecting NPC. I love it!
