Seemed a bit buggy to me. Accepted the quest but it wouldn't appear in my quest log and the ! was still visible over the NPC. Heading through the portal progressed the quest though and I could hand it in to Ve'nari.

I ran into a bug with this where it wasn't acknowledging I entered the area.

Found an article: https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/t/quest-bug-game-doesnt-recognize-player-at-oasis-location-unable-to-complete/2153619

Essentially, go into war mode and it should recognize you entering the area correctly. I tried re-logging, resetting my addons, and dropping/starting the quest multiple times, and going into war mode was the only thing that seems to have 'fixed' it.

Hopefully this get fixed soon.

Went back to the Oasis, and its still telling me to arrive in the oasis. Ive abandoned the quest, Relogged, and still nothing :/

Edit: What FINALLY worked for me, was realm hopping, then flying out to the South East and flying back in when I phased back to my realm.
