I'm inclined to agree that this quest has been removed due to the similar title, but there is other possibilities that comes to mind:
Since this quest has the pre-requisite of Warchief's Command: Ashenvale which is essentially a short-cut quest from Orgrimmar, I see no reason to remove this quest. Instead, it would simply be invalidated by Ashenvale version, and vice versa.
I can't confirm this though, as I choose the Durator-Northern Barrens route. This route includes a looose chain of caravan based quests which start with Crossroads Caravan Pickup and finish with Mor'shan Caravan Delivery which I believe serves an alternative to this quest.
Following the quest-chain will eventually lead you to Thork who gives the Mor'shan Caravan Pickup quest which, after a few more quests in the chain, the final being Mor'shan Caravan Delivery, leads you directly to Kadrak..

Description
Kadrak at the Mor'shan Rampart to the north is calling for aid. The rampart rests on the border between the Northern Barrens and Ashenvale. It is the front line in the fight against the Alliance. We're driving the night elves out of the forest. We'll claim its resources for the Horde! To get there, take the Gold Road north out of the Crossroads. Destiny calls!
