TheWoWDBCurrently having an issue with this quest. I have found the item Worldbreaker Cell Key but the quest has not progressed and I can't open the cage. When the key drops a quest pop-up notes 0/1. Abandoning and picking back up does not resolve the issue.

Saw this on another quest that was bugging out. Abandon any Artisan's supply quests (the profession ones). Once I did that, i was able to click on the cell and unlock it
For anyone wondering why they can't see this quest, you first need to start initial quests at an npc called "Ingot" at 39,48

Description
When we heard rumors of a Deathwing cult, Majordomo Selistra ordered me to bring these erstwhile scaleborn back into the fold. We'd hoped it was a simple misunderstanding. Clearly, we were wrong. Their leader must be dealt with--but first I need out of this cage. Find the key and bring it to me.
