Upon entering the area, the World Quest giver, Vydhar, has this to say...
Vydhar: Dreyrgrot is infested with pirate... vampires... pira-vamp... vampirates? GRAH! Just go slay them. The fools are plundering relics we buried for a reason. Such cursed artifacts were never meant to be unearthed.
And upon completing said quest...
Vydha: Those artifacts would have caused grave harm in the hands of those greedy fiends. You did well to retrieve them.

This quest is probably a nod to the tv-series Supernatural, or the book titles "Vampirates".
