- if you start in "Lorlathil", take the south way and follow the road to the East until you will reach the "Moonclaw Vale". Take the bridge on the left side, you will see Perrexx to the right, close to the waterfall.

As of build 21737, Perrexx is located in the northern part of Moonclaw Vale, even though the world quest marker places him somewhere near Black rook Hold.
Perrexx is also a regular rarespawn you'll most likely encounter during the questline in Moonclaw Vale. However, for those with the world quest he'll posses the [spell=214338] buff making him more suitable for level 110 players.
