Make sure you click on the quest giver and ask him to start the scenario.
The text is very confusing when you don't know that he is the one to send you up there in the first place.

Deactivating the crystals for the final stage doesn't work in Ghost Wolf form for shaman (you don't even get an error message), so make sure to shapeshift out. This might be the case for other classes as well

Appears to be glitched at the moment. You can be flown up to the top of the ramparts but you can't interact with the Soul Harvesters. Maybe it doesn't work with a solo player?

Description

With their ground presence weakened the Legion has retaliated with additional forces. Our allies managed to track several of these demons to the skies above Black Rook. I fear they intend to establish a foothold. Take this hippogryph and scout the ramparts. Should this fear become a reality I ask that you deal with the threat swiftly.
