Can't hand in at the place indicated on the map...? Just walk up the hill towards the town center a bit to Leandro Royston (25.6, 70.1). You can hand it in there.
Kill Crimson Cutthroats in the cave north-east of Falconhurst, there is a passage along the mountains.
