If you don't get the quest turn in, kill him again. I had to kill him twice to get the quest completion and the void portal will disappear fairly quickly.
And off he goes Bowser-style. All we are missing is a red hat and blue overall. And some better jumping-skills.
PS: Make sure to take [npc=140740] for a swim in the pool on your way to [npc=140770] - just for the fun of it.

Description
Did you hear Gallywix barking orders to his servants and thugs? Still concerned with frivolities as we edge ever closer. He feels safe in his petulant palace of profits. He should not. Even here, we will strike down Trade Prince Gallywix. For the Alliance!
