This is what I found that Magister Umbric says upon entering or coming close by:
Golf course:
A pleasant patch of nature... ruined by swaths of tacky artificial grass.
Mansion:Such gluttony and waste of resources, while other goblins starve.
Water by golf course:Of course, they simply throw their trash in the water. How vulgar.
Pool:I would not put even a toe in that filthy pool. Who knows what they have been doing in there.
Sauna:Ugh, what is that oppressive smell?
Quest
I Take No Pleasure In This
A World of Warcraft quest in Azshara. Facts and objectives from the current retail game data.
The highest voted Wowhead comments for this page. They are community notes, not TheWoWDB comments.
This is in Kalimdor, so it's not BFA instanced; feel free to fly around, don't need to walk!
Also, Magister Umbric cannot be killed, he will simply say
I will not die... to a goblin.then apply a permanent rejuvenation to himself.

Description
I knew that Gallywix was selfish and wasteful, but this... this is too much. His bloated pride has blacked out the sun of good leadership. He hoards the wealth of his people to satiate his gluttony, greed, and lust while his people toil under his calloused heel. And, maybe worse, opportunistic socialites from all across the Horde revel in the depravity. All people of Azeroth deserve better than this. We must teach these spoiled cowards a lesson.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Chasing Gallywix
Look at this... The goblins are looting ancient ornamentation like they're hoarding food at a buffet. What a disgrace. But we do not have time to get bogged down in everything happening here. Gallywix will soon know that we have arrived.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- We Have Him Cornered
Did you hear Gallywix barking orders to his servants and thugs? Still concerned with frivolities as we edge ever closer. He feels safe in his petulant palace of profits. He should not. Even here, we will strike down Trade Prince Gallywix. For the Alliance!
