2. Kick.
3. DodgeWhen Instructor will shout Jab you press 1 ect. until 100%. 1 correct is giving 3% but if you will do 5 correct in a row you will get 10%.

For your sanity, don't try and react to the animation of either the Jab, Kick or Dodge. Instead use what Trainer Ikaros shouts out, which is shouted at the beginning of the animation. Focusing entirely on the chat makes it so much easier to get "Perfect" on each instruction.
