Hit the road and travel untill Clea stops. There will a spot appear on the road you need to stand on.

Not sure if this was bugged or if it's normal gameplay, but Keila just stood there when I got this quest. I had to run around the building we were at and lead the way to the quest point myself (76,79).
Initially extra button didn't appear. Had to abandon the quest and pick it up again. Then the extra button appeared.
